Nettle soup

. medium onion or shallot (60 – 80 g), peeled
. 1 – 2 garlic cloves
. 20 g olive oil
. 1 potato (150 g), peeled and cut in chunks
. 250 g fresh nettle tops (use rubber gloves to pick them)
. 600 g vegetable stock (1 tsp vegetable stock paste or 1 stock cube + water)
. ½ tsp ground nutmeg
. salt and pepper
. drizzle of cream

Chop onion or shallot, garlic and oil in TM bowl 3 sec / speed 5.
Cook 4 min / 120°C / speed 1.
Add potato and chop 3 sec / speed 5.
Add nettle tops and chop 8 sec / speed 6 with aid of spatula through lid.
Add stock and cook 13 min / 100°C / speed 2.
Add seasoning and blend 1 min / speed 10.
Ladle into a bowl or deep plate and drizzle with a teaspoon of cream.
